All of our baby conures are approximately 9-10 weeks old and parent reared. All green cheeked conures have the ability to mimic and gender does not affect any personality traits of the bird. Conures are bundles of energy and some of the most affectionate and playful birds in the pet industry. We would definitely recommend conures for beginner owners who want the more parrot like experience. These birds are great for families often getting on well with children and other pets. Being from a tropical climate they need a little more in depth care but are still manageable.
